These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Sukun Travels, operated by Sukun Hospitality Ventures Inn Private Limited.

1. Booking & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment (partial or full).
• The remaining balance must be paid before 15 days from the trip start date.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of booking without Refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: 85% refund
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• Package prices include only what is explicitly mentioned.
• Flights are not included unless specified.
• Any additional expenses will be borne by the traveler.

4. Travel Responsibility

Sukun Travels acts as a facilitator and is not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters,unforeseen events or Personal Reasons.
• Issues caused by third-party vendors
• Loss, injury, or damage during the trip

5. Third-Party Services

We work with hotels, transport providers, and activity vendors.
While we ensure quality, we are not directly responsible for their actions.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance may be included in selected packages.
Travelers are advised to review coverage details before travel.

7. Code of Conduct

All travelers are expected to:

• Respect fellow travelers and trip leaders
• Follow local laws and guidelines
• Maintain discipline during the trip

Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.

8. Changes & Modifications

Sukun Travels reserves the right to:

• Modify itineraries due to operational or safety reasons
• Make necessary changes without prior notice

9. Website Usage

All content on this website is the property of Sukun Travels and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
